Inspection and Returns
Upon receiving your order, Customer must inspect the equipment within 48 hours. If the product is incorrect or damaged, Customer must notify NineX Power in writing within this inspection period and provide evidence of the issue. If NineX Power does not receive notification within 48 hours, the equipment is deemed accepted, and no further claims will be considered.
Nonconforming Equipment
If the equipment received is damaged, NineX Power will, at its sole discretion:
- Inspect the reported equipment.
- Repair the nonconforming equipment at its current location.
- Replace it with conforming equipment.
- Issue a refund or credit for the nonconforming equipment.
The Customer must return the nonconforming equipment at the Customer’s expense and risk of loss as directed by NineX Power. Replacement and/or Refund will be sent to the Customer after receiving and verifying the returned equipment.
Returns and Restocking Fees
Returns are only accepted if NineX Power has explicitly agreed in writing. If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. The equipment must be returned in its original condition, and all shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the Customer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been accepted by NineX Power. Deposits, down payments, and advance payments are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled with the company’s consent.
Warranty and Limitations
Warranty claims are subject to the original manufacturer’s terms and conditions. NineX Power assigns applicable manufacturer warranties to the Customer but does not offer additional warranties. Damage caused by improper use, installation, maintenance, or external factors is not covered under any warranty. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for equipment that fails due to these reasons.
Limitation of Liability
NineX Power is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from defects in the equipment. Refunds or returns are limited to the terms outlined above.
